If you plan to leave without the vehicle, arrange your return according to the service duration and check the transport available on your chosen day.
Parking is arranged when the appointment is confirmed: we tell you where to leave the car on arrival, depending on the time and the vehicle. We also welcome many customers from Marcinelle, Gilly, Châtelet, Gosselies and Montigny-le-Tilleul.
Before coming, clear your personal belongings from the cabin and keep any spare keys you would rather not hand over. If the vehicle will be with us for more than a day, we say so when confirming, never on arrival.
The workshop can be reached Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 8pm. Those hours say when we answer, not that you can turn up unannounced: we receive customers by appointment only. A vehicle arriving unexpectedly finds the bay taken by another. The appointment is what allows us to hold the durations published on each service page.
Three ways to reach us: the request form, a phone call, or a WhatsApp message if you would rather send photographs. Photographs save everyone time: they often make it possible to say, before you come, whether the service you have in mind is the right one.
Requests sent through the form receive a reply within 24 working hours. The slot is confirmed only once the vehicle's condition is understood: that is what determines how much time to set aside, and it is why we do not block an arbitrary hour in a diary.
