Once the quotation is accepted, a 20% deposit is due, capped at €300.
The balance is paid before the appointment is confirmed.
Give at least 24 hours' notice for a service under 8 hours, and 7 calendar days for a service lasting 8 hours or more. The deposit is refundable before the deadline; after it, or for a no-show, it is retained. Report a delay immediately: if the service can no longer go ahead, it is treated as a late cancellation.

If the actual condition differs significantly from the description, any change to the service or price must be explained and accepted before work.
Publishing photos requires separate permission. Contractual ceramic-protection terms must be supplied in writing once validated.
