Two things decide the service: the vehicle's actual condition and what you want to put into it. Two cars of the same model, age and mileage do not call for the same work if one spent its life in a garage and the other on the street. And at equal condition, you are not aiming at the same thing depending on whether you are keeping the car or selling it. Here are the five situations we see most often at the workshop, and the service that answers each one.
Paint with no marked defects, a healthy cabin, last service a few weeks or months ago: this is maintenance, not renovation. Signature Maintenance is enough, and it can be repeated without wearing anything down.
Signature MaintenanceWhen dirt has settled into the fibres rather than sitting on them, a vacuum and an all-purpose cleaner no longer recover anything. Interior Renovation treats the material itself, with a full day off the road.
Interior RenovationThose swirls are micro-defects in the clear coat: only polishing reduces them. Once the paint is corrected, ceramic protection makes sense — applied before, it would lock the defects in beneath it.
Gloss Polishing, then Ceramic ProtectionThe goal is no longer appearance but the final settlement figure. We start with the free inspection: it separates what the leasing company will charge for from what will pass without comment.
Lease-return PreparationCollection car, supercar, fleet, event preparation, a combination of services: the project is assessed before it is priced.
Bespoke Car CareThese five situations often overlap: a vehicle heading for lease return sometimes needs interior renovation before the inspection, and a refreshed interior makes no sense on paint due for correction the following week. It is the order of the steps, more than their number, that decides how long the vehicle is off the road and what the final figure is. If in doubt, the “Find the right service” tool asks the same questions we do at the workshop and points you in two minutes. And in every case, no work begins without an inspection: it is the inspection that confirms — or corrects — the service being considered.
