Diagnose before intervening
We look at the vehicle before choosing a method or starting to polish.

We learned this craft among people who cannot afford approximation: seven years of preparation work, first for high-end dealerships, then in premium detailing workshops. ISA grew out of that, here in Charleroi.

It started in a company preparing vehicles for high-end dealerships. That is where the craft is learned, on cars that do not forgive approximation: sensitive paint, delicate leather, particular finishes.
Then several premium detailing centres, and work as a subcontractor for dealerships representing Rolls-Royce, McLaren, BMW, Range Rover and Maserati. What stays from those years is not the prestige: every procedure must be explainable, and damaged material cannot be undone.
What they taught us

From the outside, detailing looks simple: a product, some foam, a shine. That is the smallest part of the work.
What matters happens first: reading the materials, measuring the state of the paint, weighing the risk. Machines decide nothing for us, and we do sometimes step back from a procedure that carries too much risk.
What you see at the end was decided during the inspection.
We created ISA to give this way of working a name. “Institut” for the method; “Soin” — care — because an intervention should preserve the vehicle, not just make it shine.
We account for the vehicle’s real condition, its use and the result that can honestly be achieved. When a service does not seem useful to us, we say so.
Every vehicle deserves a tailored method, not an automatic formula.

Four decisions we make on every vehicle, before, during and after the work.
We look at the vehicle before choosing a method or starting to polish.
A defect that cannot be corrected safely is one we show you.
We take the time the vehicle needs, not the time the schedule would prefer.
The result is designed to last and make later maintenance simpler.

A method is judged on things you can check. These are ours, including our limits.

Maintenance, interior renovation, lease-return preparation, polishing, full correction and ceramic protection. Each has its own scope, its own limits, and a price set on the vehicle itself.
Paint thickness is measured wherever a reliable reading is possible, and the vehicle is inspected under several light sources before and after. That decides how far it is reasonable to go.
5-Year Ceramic Protection: Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light and the Gtechniq EXO v5 top coat. A complimentary check follows about a month after application, with a maintenance kit and its guide.
Every service is built around your car, its condition, the result you are after and the budget you want to put into it: your budget shapes the proposal, it is never a subject to dodge. The price is settled and stated before the appointment. Once the quotation is accepted, a 20% deposit is due, capped at €300. The balance is paid before the appointment is confirmed. No surcharge without your agreement.
No paint touch-up, no paintless dent removal, no wheel, windscreen, leather or plastic repair, no heavy bodywork. We flag those needs during the inspection.
What we are after is not a body that shines for a few days, but the moment you walk around your car again and notice details that familiarity had erased.
At handover, we show you what was done and how to preserve it. Your vehicle matters to you: that is why we put this much care into it.

Tell us about your car and the result you are after. We will tell you what is genuinely worth doing on it.
