Language selection uses a session cookie. Account sign-in uses Supabase cookies: their configured browser storage lifetime is 400 days, renewable; this does not guarantee a valid sign-in throughout that period. Signing out removes sign-in cookies. Necessary security checks remain active.
Your cookie choice and animation-pause preference are stored locally without automatic expiry until changed or cleared by your browser. If storage is unavailable, the cookie choice remains valid in the open page but may be requested again after reloading. The request summary stays in session storage, with a maximum validity of 24 hours.
ISA uses Vercel Web Analytics only with your consent. The service does not set an advertising tracking cookie; ISA nevertheless requires consent. It receives viewed pages and limited events without free-text form contents. The visit origin is stored for the session only after consent and removed from session storage when consent is withdrawn.
With your “advertising” consent, separate from audience measurement, ISA loads the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure conversions from its ads: a request sent through the form, a click on the WhatsApp link or on the phone number. Only the type of action is transmitted, never your name, contact details, number, message content or form text. Ad personalisation (remarketing) stays disabled.
Google then sets _gcl_* conversion cookies (for example _gcl_au or _gcl_aw), which keep the ad-click identifier for up to 90 days. Google processes this data and may transfer it outside the European Economic Area, notably to the United States. Without this consent the tag is not loaded and no request is sent to Google; on withdrawal, conversion transmissions stop and ISA erases the _gcl_* cookies accessible from the site.
“Manage my cookies” above and at the bottom of every page opens your current preferences. You can accept, refuse or save a selection. Essential functions stay active. Withdrawal blocks future analytics transmissions even if the script has already loaded, without erasing other data. Events from before consent are not sent later.
