Dirt, paint transfer, light scratches, adhesive residue or a neglected interior can attract attention during a lease-return inspection. The purpose is to identify these points early and decide rationally what is worth treating.
Preparation work is then quoted individually after the inspection and photographic report.
ISA does not currently provide paint touch-ups, paintless dent repair, wheel repair, windscreen replacement, leather recolouring, fabric or plastic repair, or bodywork. Cosmetic defects can be reduced only within the agreed scope. The leasing company, inspector and contract determine the final assessment and any charges; preparation cannot guarantee a charge-free return. ISA may refer to the Renta standard or the return guide supplied by your leasing company, but is not endorsed by Renta or a leasing company.
