When seats or carpets are stained, odours persist or pet hair has accumulated, a routine clean is no longer enough. The goal is to remove treatable contamination and create a sound base for future maintenance.
Wear, burns, scratches, discolouration and permanent damage may remain visible. Cleaning cannot reverse damaged fibres, scratched plastics or torn or marked leather. ISA distinguishes removable dirt from permanent damage. If a treatable area included in the agreed service was clearly missed, it can be reviewed by appointment; this does not cover wear or permanent damage.
